WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW CLUB SECRETARY.
THE ROLE =
To undertake necessary administrative work and provide a link between the members,management committee and other clubs/League/FAW.
Responsibilities =
Record and distribute minutes from the monthly meeting.
Maintain club database of members including payments received,emergency contact details,any appertaining medical conditions.
Distribute database to club officials,as and when required.
Arrange subscription reminders letters as required.
Regular newsletters to update members on forthcoming events and any other matters relating to the club.
Club Accredition folder,maintenance as required and adviseed by Andy Beattie
Attend to all club corresponondence as required.
Main point of contact for the league,the FAW and ther clubs.
Prepare marketing leaflets,posters and letters.
