Hi
The least said about Saturday the better. We basically did not turn up, the pitch did not help but Kidderminster deserved to win.
It does not help when the manager is under the weather (self infliction) & couple of boys are feeling ill.
It was an awe full day regarding the rain & the organisation was not good, which is down to me, the players arriving at different times, so this is something we have to address & go back to basics.
We are a good side & Saturday does not change that, we need to train well on Friday & make sure that we all a have an early night on Friday.
This Saturday at home to Arley is a big game for Colts & we need to get focused & I am confident that we can put Saturday’s game behind us.

What a roller coaster on Saturday! Kiddy Cubs are a tough side & they did not disappoint. Reece, Robert, Arran & Cameron had a hat full of chances between them, but we could not get a goal. It is games like this that really count at the end of the season.
We passed & moved the ball very well & deserved the first goal.
Sam, Jake & James kept a clean sheet which is very important in tough games & eventually got the all important thunder bolt second goal!
It is difficult in games like this to get the subs on because you can not change the formation of the side, but when James, Enrique & Kit finally came on they did the side proud.
After the match Alan & I discussed the game in the car & both agreed it was touch & go, even though the Cubs only really threatened the goal on a couple of occasions, you can see why their goal against is not bad considering they are bottom of the league, the keeper had a very good game.
